Instructions
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, garlic, paprika, onion powder, lemon pepper, and salt for 10 minutes.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Melt butter and mix with Parmesan, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Brush the cooked skewers with the garlic Parmesan butter and garnish with lemon slices and additional parsley if desired.
