Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 8-10 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  • Whisk together butter, garlic, parmesan, hot sauce, and spices.
  • Cut chicken into pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
