Instructions
Whisk garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, honey; marinate chicken 15 min.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken skin-side down until golden, 6–7 min.
Flip chicken, add marinade, simmer until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C), 5–6 min.
Increase heat, cook sauce until glossy, 1–2 min.
Rest chicken 5 min, garnish with parsley and lemon zest before serving.
