A flavorful and satisfying sandwich combining tender garlic herb chicken, fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy cheese on toasted bagels.

oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced

2 slices provolone or mozzarella, 1–2 tsp oil from sun-dried tomato jar

Instructions
Mix 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken 10–15 minutes.
Mash cream cheese with herbs, Parmesan, remaining garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Cook chicken in a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil for 4–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes.
Toast bagels until golden. Slice rested chicken thinly and layer on bagel bottoms with cheese if using.
Spread cream cheese on bagel halves, add spinach, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and drizzle oil if desired. Cap with bagel tops and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cheese slices while the bagel is warm to soften.
