Instructions
Mix herbs, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; stir in cheese until combined.
Shape cheese mixture into a log, wrap in plastic, and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Mix pecans with reserved herbs; spread on parchment paper.
Remove cheese log from freezer, roll in pecan coating until evenly covered.
Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving; drizzle with olive oil.
Notes
