These cheesy, flavorful bread bites are perfect for snacking or entertaining, combining gooey mozzarella with aromatic herbs in a crispy crust.
Ingredients
Dough

can
refrigerated Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
(8 large biscuits)

mozzarella cheese, fresh
(cut into cubes)

butter, melted

tsp.
Italian seasoning

tsp.
garlic powder
for dipping
marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut each biscuit into 4 sections, flatten slightly, and place a cheese cube in the center. Wrap dough around cheese and seal.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush over baked bites.
Serve warm with marinara for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or Parmesan cheese before baking.
