These cheesy, flavorful bread bites are perfect for snacking or entertaining, combining gooey mozzarella with aromatic herbs in a crispy crust.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (8 large biscuits)
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, fresh (cut into cubes)
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • for dipping marinara sauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 sections, flatten slightly, and place a cheese cube in the center. Wrap dough around cheese and seal.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  • Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush over baked bites.
  • Serve warm with marinara for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or Parmesan cheese before baking.
