A quick and flavorful stir fry combining lean ground turkey, crisp green beans, and aromatic garlic in a savory sauce.

Instructions
Mix water, vinegar, soy sauce, Hoisin, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat half the oil in a large pan. Cook turkey until browned, then remove and keep warm.
Add remaining oil, shallots, and garlic. Cook until browned. Add green beans and cook 5-6 minutes.
Pour sauce into pan, bring to bubbling, then add turkey. Cook 1-2 minutes until heated and sauce thickens. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for spice level.
