A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring garlic, butter, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

Dried pasta noodles

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving 3/4 cup of water.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over low heat, add garlic, and sauté lightly.
Add cooked pasta, Parmesan, remaining butter, and some reserved water; toss until glossy and coated.
Season with salt and pepper, toss briefly, and serve topped with Parmesan and parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
