Parsley (finely chopped, optional)
Instructions
Peel and devein the shrimp; pat dry.
Add 2 tbsp butter to a skillet over medium heat; cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
Melt remaining butter in the skillet; add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve with parsley.
