Instructions
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a dish. Coat salmon fillets evenly.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Fry fillets 3 mins per side until golden. Add 1 tbsp butter and baste for 1 min. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic until lightly colored. Pour in stock, scrape pan, then add remaining butter. Whisk until sauce thickens. Stir in parsley.
Return salmon to pan, baste with sauce, and warm through. Serve with lemon wedges and extra sauce.
Notes
Ensure not to burn the garlic to avoid bitterness.
