A flavorful baked rice dish infused with garlic, lemon, and herbs, perfect as a side or main.

Ingredients

Main

  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice (rinsed)
  • 2⅔ cups unsalted chicken broth
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • ½ lemon lemon (juiced)
  • lemon zest lemon zest
  • 4 garlic cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • to taste salt and black pepper salt and black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF and spray a baking dish.
  • Add all ingredients to the dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake 20-30 minutes more.

Notes

Ensure rice is rinsed for best texture.
