Deliciously simple garlic butter noodles perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

uncooked egg noodles

butter (1/2 stick)

garlic (minced)

freshly grated parmesan cheese

chopped fresh parsley
to taste
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
While noodles cook, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in hot pasta water, then add drained noodles, parmesan, and parsley. Toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes.
