Deliciously simple garlic butter noodles perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles
  • 0.25 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • While noodles cook, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in hot pasta water, then add drained noodles, parmesan, and parsley. Toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes.
