Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional) (optional)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and cook for another minute. Garnish with parsley and lemon if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately with lemon wedges for extra brightness.
