Instructions
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce; set aside.
Parboil potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.
Cook potatoes in skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden, about 8 minutes.
Sear chicken in skillet with remaining butter, garlic, and chili flakes until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Add marinade and herbs, cook until chicken is done. Return potatoes to pan and heat through.
Adjust seasoning, then serve garnished with chili flakes, herbs, and optional parmesan.
