A quick and flavorful skillet dish combining lean ground beef with fresh vegetables and Italian seasonings for a wholesome meal.
Ingredients

onion, chopped

bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped

zucchini, diced

garlic, minced

diced tomatoes, undrained

Instructions
Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté onion and peppers for 5 minutes.
Add beef; cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
Stir in garlic and zucchini; cook for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes.
