Instructions
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy.
Add flour, salt, softened butter; knead into a smooth dough. Let rise until doubled.
Combine garlic, parsley, and melted butter; set aside.
Roll out dough, spread garlic butter, sprinkle cheeses, and cut into pieces. Stack and place in a baking dish.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until golden. Garnish with extra parsley and kosher salt.
