Instructions
Cook chicken, season, and set aside.
Melt butter, add garlic, then pour in cream and milk, simmer.
Add cheese, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and chicken; simmer until thickened.
Cook pasta until al dente, then toss with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
Stir in spinach, garnish with parsley and pepper, serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh parmesan for best flavor and adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
