Ingredients

Casserole Base

  • 12 large eggs (large eggs preferred)
  • 2 cups milk (whole milk recommended)
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 slices English muffins (split and toasted)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Layer toasted English muffins in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture over muffins and top with hollandaise sauce and cheese.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
