A quick and delicious turkey salad perfect for a light lunch or dinner, combining tender turkey with fresh vegetables and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced turkey
  • 1 cup finely diced celery stalks
  • ½ red onion red onion (finely diced)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill (or 1 teaspoon fresh)

Instructions 

  • Dice the turkey and combine with celery and onion in a large bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and dill to make the dressing.
  • Pour dressing over the turkey and vegetables, then stir to coat evenly.
  • Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
