A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining turkey, noodles, vegetables, and cheesy goodness, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
Noodles

egg noodles (cooked)

turkey (chopped)

12 ounce bag
frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and warmed

10.5 ounce can
cream of chicken

sour cream

milk

garlic powder

ground thyme

parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)

mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)

French fried onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
Mix cream of chicken, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella.
Add turkey, vegetables, and cooked noodles; combine well.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
You can substitute fresh vegetables or cheese varieties for variation.
