Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup sliced olives
  • 0.25 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut tortillas into circles and press into muffin tin cups.
  • Cook beef until browned, add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  • Fill tortilla cups with beef mixture, top with cheese, and bake 10-12 minutes.
  • Garnish with tomatoes, olives, and sour cream. Serve warm.
