Instructions
Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and Worcestershire sauce.
Rub steak with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with the spice mixture. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Sauté onions and peppers in 1 tbsp olive oil until caramelized, then add garlic for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cook steak 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly against the grain.
Mix mayonnaise and Dijon, spread on rolls, layer steak, vegetables, cheese, and greens. Optional: melt cheese under broiler.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the buns before assembling.
