A delightful Indian street food, Easy Samosa Chaat combines crispy samosas with tangy chutneys and fresh toppings for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients
Samosa

(frozen or homemade)

cup
chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves
as needed
green chutney
as needed
tamarind date chutney
½
cup
thick yogurt mixed with salt, chaat masala and cumin powder
as needed
sev

pomegranate
as needed
lemon juice
Instructions
Air fry the frozen samosa according to package instructions.
Slightly smash two of the samosa on a plate and add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Drizzle with yogurt, and top with chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, more chutneys, sev, and pomegranate.
Finish with chaat masala and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more sev on top before serving.
