A delightful Indian street food, Easy Samosa Chaat combines crispy samosas with tangy chutneys and fresh toppings for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

Samosa

  • 4 pieces samosa (frozen or homemade)
  • 1 cup chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves
  • as needed green chutney
  • as needed tamarind date chutney
  • ½ cup thick yogurt mixed with salt, chaat masala and cumin powder
  • as needed sev
  • 1 piece pomegranate
  • as needed lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Air fry the frozen samosa according to package instructions.
  • Slightly smash two of the samosa on a plate and add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • Drizzle with yogurt, and top with chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, more chutneys, sev, and pomegranate.
  • Finish with chaat masala and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes

For extra crunch, add more sev on top before serving.
