Delicious, healthy pancakes made with oats and bananas, perfect for a quick vegan breakfast without flour or added sugar.

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a well-greased skillet over medium heat.
Pour about 1/3 cup batter onto the skillet and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve hot with toppings like blueberries or sugar-free chocolate chunks, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
