A refreshing and creamy mango lassi perfect for hot days or as a delightful snack. Simple to make with fresh ingredients and a hint of spice.

Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
  • Pinch salt
  • Ice cubes as needed Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  • Chill all ingredients for at least 2 hours.
  • Add mango to blender and pulse briefly to create chunky puree.
  • Add yogurt gradually, pulsing between additions for even mixing.
  • Add milk slowly while blending until smooth and creamy.
  • Sweeten with honey or sugar, tasting and adjusting as needed.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and mango pieces.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend longer and add more ice if desired.
