A refreshing and creamy mango lassi perfect for hot days or as a delightful snack. Simple to make with fresh ingredients and a hint of spice.

Instructions
Chill all ingredients for at least 2 hours.
Add mango to blender and pulse briefly to create chunky puree.
Add yogurt gradually, pulsing between additions for even mixing.
Add milk slowly while blending until smooth and creamy.
Sweeten with honey or sugar, tasting and adjusting as needed.
Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and mango pieces.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend longer and add more ice if desired.
