A quick and flavorful chicken dish infused with fresh lemon and garlic, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Whisk lemon juice, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 15–20 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken skin-side down for 5–6 minutes until golden, then flip and cook 4–5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, deglaze, then simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in butter until melted.
Serve chicken with sauce, garnished with parsley and lemon zest.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer or add a splash of white wine during deglazing.
