  • 4 fillets Fresh Cod Fillets

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • 2 fresh lemons Fresh Lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Pat cod dry, season with salt and pepper, and arrange in dish.

  • Pour sauce over cod and bake for 12-18 minutes until flaky.
