  • 4 fillets salmon
  • to taste salt salt
  • to taste pepper pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)

Instructions 

  • Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger.
  • Heat oil in skillet, cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip and cook 2-3 minutes, then pour sauce over and simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, plate, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
