Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 60 grams all-purpose flour (weighed or spooned and leveled)
  • 60 grams whole wheat flour (weighed or spooned and leveled)
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 2.5 grams ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 grams salt

Wet ingredients

  • 50 grams large egg (room temperature)
  • 180 milliliters milk (room temperature, add more if needed)
  • 15 milliliters vegetable oil (or neutral oil)
  • 10 grams honey

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients together until well combined.
  • Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined; add more milk if needed.
  • Heat skillet, pour ΒΌ cup batter, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Serve warm with toppings of choice. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional cinnamon or drizzle with honey.
