Taco seasoning
1tbsptaco seasoning
Bell pepper
2largebell pepper(any color, diced)
Yellow onion

Butter
2tbspunsalted butter
Flour tortillas
6piecesflour tortillas
Mexican cheese
2cupsMexican cheese
Instructions
Preheat a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add chicken with taco seasoning and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add diced bell pepper and onion; cook for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked and vegetables are slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla, sprinkle cheese, add chicken and vegetables, then top with more cheese and fold.
Cook until bottom is golden brown, flip, and cook until cheese melts inside. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
