Instructions
Slice beef thinly, julienne vegetables, mince garlic and ginger, and mix sauces.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain, toss with a teaspoon of oil, and set aside.
Heat a wok or large skillet with 1 tbsp vegetable oil, sear beef for 30 seconds per side, then remove.
Add remaining oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add vegetables and cook 2-3 minutes.
Return beef, add noodles, pour sauce, toss for 1-2 minutes until thickened, then stir in green onions and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure to slice the beef against the grain for tenderness.
