Enjoy these wholesome, no-bake carrot cake bars perfect for a healthy Easter treat. They're easy to make and packed with natural sweetness and flavor.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Combine all base ingredients in a food processor until mixture is soft and sticky. Add more orange juice if dry.
Press mixture into an 8-inch square baking tin and bake for 20 minutes. Cool and slice into bars.
Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
