  • 3 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless Turkey Breast Roast (pre-cooked, smoked or cured)
  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a roasting pan with foil.
  • Combine honey, brown sugar, butter, mustard, vinegar, and orange juice; heat until smooth.
  • Score the turkey in a diamond pattern and rub with spice blend.
  • Place turkey in pan, brush with glaze, and bake for 60 minutes, basting periodically.
  • Continue baking for another 60 minutes, basting every 20 minutes, until internal temp reaches 140°F (60°C). Rest before slicing and serving.
