Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a roasting pan with foil.
Combine honey, brown sugar, butter, mustard, vinegar, and orange juice; heat until smooth.
Score the turkey in a diamond pattern and rub with spice blend.
Place turkey in pan, brush with glaze, and bake for 60 minutes, basting periodically.
Continue baking for another 60 minutes, basting every 20 minutes, until internal temp reaches 140°F (60°C). Rest before slicing and serving.
