Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with liners.
Mix dry ingredients: flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a bowl, mash bananas, then whisk in agave syrup, egg, coconut oil, and Greek yogurt. Combine with dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
Distribute batter evenly into muffin cups, about 3/4 full.
Bake for 14-16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan.
