Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mash bananas, then mix in eggs, oil, sour cream, vanilla, sugars, and whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture, then gently stir in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
Divide batter into muffin cups, top with remaining chocolate chips, and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
