  • 16 large Mushrooms (Use cremini or button mushrooms)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Can substitute with vegan cream cheese)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Opt for sharp cheddar for extra flavor)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Herbs (Mix in fresh parsley or chives)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Brush over the mushrooms)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (Use Italian seasonings for a twist)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped herbs, garlic powder, and 1 tbsp olive oil to create filling.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture and brush with remaining olive oil.
