A flavorful grilled chicken skewers recipe with a spicy, sweet sauce and creamy dip, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lemon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 0.25 cup sriracha sauce

Instructions 

  • Mix chicken with spices, honey, and oil. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili, and sriracha; coat half of the chicken. Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with remaining sauce. Grill over high heat for 20 minutes, turning and basting. Serve with reserved sauce.

Notes

Preheat the grill to high for best sear and flavor.
