1.5poundschicken thighs, cut in 1-inch cubes
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonblack pepper
0.5teaspoonsea salt
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonolive oil
1cupmayonnaise
juice of half a lemonlemon juice
0.5cupsweet Thai chili sauce
0.25cupsriracha sauce
Instructions
Mix chicken with spices, honey, and oil. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili, and sriracha; coat half of the chicken. Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with remaining sauce. Grill over high heat for 20 minutes, turning and basting. Serve with reserved sauce.
