A creamy and refreshing mango pudding perfect for a quick dessert. Made with fresh mangoes and gelatin, it's a delightful treat.

Instructions
Puree the mango pieces until smooth.
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 150 ml water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Heat the bloomed gelatin gently until dissolved, then mix with mango puree and sugar.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the mango mixture.
Pour the mixture into serving cups and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use ripe mangoes and chill the pudding thoroughly before serving.
