Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups water or milk (or a combination)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced apples or berries (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, water or milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in the Crockpot.
  • Add diced apples or berries if using.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours overnight.
  • Stir the oatmeal in the morning and serve with toppings.
