Instructions
Finely chop the onions and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add milk to form a thick batter.
Stir in chopped onions, then heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Drop batter tablespoons into hot oil, flatten, and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels, keep warm, and serve with sauce.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot before frying to achieve crispy fritters.
