Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and toss with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant. Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Pour sauce into skillet, simmer until slightly thickened, then return chicken and toss to coat.
