Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, broth, and gochujang; warm over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Cook ground beef in a nonstick pan until browned and crispy, then set aside.
Mix maple syrup, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame oil, miso, and white green onion parts to make the sauce.
Add sauce to beef, cook 1-2 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
Prepare rice; assemble bowls with rice, broth, beef, and garnishes.
Notes
