A delicious baked pasta dish combining tender chicken, fresh spinach, and creamy Alfredo sauce topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Vegetables

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Sauces

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

Cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix chicken, spinach, pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and low-sodium broth.
