Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken 4-5 mins per side until golden. Set aside.
Cook rice in boiling chicken broth with salt for 15-18 mins until tender.
Melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk and broth to make sauce. Stir in cheeses and spices until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, simmer 10 mins until cooked through. Serve over rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
