Ingredients

Marinate your chicken

  • 3 pieces chicken thigh, skin on and boneless
  • to season Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 g sliced mushroom
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Garnish

  • Chives Chives

Instructions 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, coat with cornstarch.
  • Fry chicken in a pan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, add garlic, onion, and mushrooms; stir fry until softened.
  • Pour in heavy cream, chicken stock, and parmesan; simmer until sauce thickens. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  • Return chicken to the pan, baste with sauce, then serve garnished with chives.

Notes

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
