Pound chicken to even thickness between plastic wrap.
Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and flour. Dredge chicken in mixture.
Cook chicken in air fryer at 380°F (193°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet, toss with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Air fry for 3-4 minutes.
Simmer broth, Italian seasoning, mustard, lemon juice, and zest. Add half-and-half and reduce slightly. Toss chicken and asparagus in sauce. Serve warm.
