heavy whipping/thickened cream

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Prepare the chicken by removing the tendon, then pat dry. Mix flour, oregano, salt, and pepper; coat chicken.
Heat butter and olive oil; cook chicken 2-3 mins per side until cooked through. Set aside.
Add butter and garlic to the pan; cook 1-2 mins. Add lemon juice, scraping pan for flavor.
Add lemon zest and cream; simmer 3 mins. Return chicken; cook 2-3 mins until sauce thickens.
Stir in parsley, season well, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure to remove the tendon from the chicken for best texture.
