Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
Rinse rice, then cook with water, butter/oil, and salt until water is absorbed. Let sit, then fluff.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Sear in skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet. Add broth, simmer, then stir in cream and parmesan. Add herbs and lemon juice.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer in sauce for 5 minutes. Serve over rice, garnished with herbs or lemon zest.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and herbs to taste for best flavor.
