Instructions
Heat tomato oil with Italian seasoning and chili flakes; cook chicken 4-5 mins per side until done. Remove and set aside.
Mix pesto, cream, and chicken stock; set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes; add bell peppers and cook until crisp-tender.
Add pesto sauce, return sliced chicken, and cook until heated through. Garnish and serve.
