A delicious and refreshing pasta salad with a creamy garlic dressing, perfect for picnics and gatherings.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, Worcestershire, garlic powder, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, and oil.
  • Combine the pasta with the dressing, tomatoes, cucumber, and Parmesan. Toss to coat.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
